We're in the thick of summer now, and I've been cooling down with acai bowls. These concoctions are having their moment all over the country.
Aside from being the latest trend, they really are refreshing and delicious.
When you make them yourself, you can customize the flavoring any way you want. In

I like most about these bowls is that you can whirl them up in a matter of
minutes in a food processor. Acai bowls are nutritious enough to eat for
breakfast, decadent enough to fill in for dessert, or light enough for a snack.
