I'm doing an all-day Chicken class May 17th at the Natural Gourmet. It's a double demo class, so you'll be tasting a whopping 14 dishes ranging from stocks, bone broths and chicken soup to roasted, butterflied, stuffed, sautéed. braised, and steamed. You'll come away from this class with a broad knowledge of all things chicken. We're using pastured chicken, which means they are running around outside in the sun on grass. These are old-fashioned, nutrient-dense, and delicious chickens! See more details on the classes page.

In the meantime, I've been making my own nut butters from soaked, toasted nuts. Once you find out how digestible and delicious homemade nut butters are, you may never want to purchase the store-bought variety again! For more details check out the video below.
